There are other services we can offer your client as well as the
management of the claim including:
- Recovery of all uninsured losses, and
- Personal injury claims
Customer Satisfaction
MPH ASSIST takes pride in their high level of customer
satisfaction and it is of great importance to us that we
maintain this throughout our company.
Likewise we welcome the input from our referrers with regards to
their satisfaction with our service to both themselves and their
clients.
Complaints Procedure
In the rare instance that we receive a complaint, it will be
dealt with by a senior manager within 24 hours.
Commissions
For each accepted claim we promise to pay you as a referrer a
competitive rate of commission.
We promise to pay your commission within 14 days of the hire
termination.
