MPH ASSIST will provide a replacement vehicle to anyone involved
in an accident that was not their fault.
MPH ASSIST will provide a suitable vehicle, as similar as
possible to the damaged vehicle, to ensure all the client's
needs are met. Our vehicles can be delivered to any convenient
location such as home address, work address or the repairing
garage. The vehicle will be delivered within a few hours.
Should the vehicle not be roadworthy and a vehicle is required
immediately, MPH ASSIST will, under normal circumstances, deliver
the vehicle within four hours. Once the vehicle is repaired we
will arrange a prompt collection of our replacement vehicle.
We aim to provide a wide range of vehicles to suit all our
customers' needs. We will do all we can to provide a suitable
vehicle from our fleet and we will also source many other
specialist vehicles.

Vehicle repairs
MPH ASSIST offer vehicle repair solutions to your non-fault
customers, where they do not have cover for repair under their
insurance policy. Vehicle damage is assessed and authorised by
fully independent engineers.
A suitable replacement vehicle will be provided whilst the
customer's vehicle is being repaired and where a vehicle is
declared beyond economic repair, a settlement cheque will be
issued.
Vehicle replacement
Motorists are becoming more and more aware of their
legal entitlement to a replacement vehicle in the event of an
accident where they are not at fault. As a consequence, more
accidents are resulting in the hire of a replacement vehicle,
most commonly via a credit hire organisation.
MPH Assist can provide a like-for-like replacement vehicle for
all of your non-fault clients. We will normally deliver a
replacement vehicle within four hours if necessary, we are able
to offer an exceptionally high level of flexibility, choice and
quality when hiring our vehicles to your policy-holders.
Full claims handling assistance
MPH Assist ensures that personal touch when dealing with your
policy holder. Our professional claims handlers are highly
trained and experienced, ensuring that your client receives
prompt payment and full settlement of damages.
Claims management services are provided at no additional cost
where we provide vehicle hire or repair services.
